It looks like you have a good'un. If you use it a lot (and i'm sure you will) the shutter may loosen up a bit and reduce the slight over exposure that may have given the weak green in your last pic. This is only a guess so i am open to being corrected. I look forward to more pictures.

Looks like you're having fun with ALL your new cameras, Paul! Is this just the beginning of a collection or are you done now?

😉

Congratulations Paul nice images, I am considering the same camera to slip inside my
bag alongside my M2. I have a few M lens, but recently picked up a VC 25mm F4 and finder. I would be interested if you found switching between cameras ( veiwfinders "ect")
difficult or just different.
Regards
Chris

Barnacks rule lol..... but seriously, its really hard to beat a nice iii unless you just want a bigger finder........i wound up owning 4 bodies acquired over a number of years.

Enjoy.

cooool ...You did IT !
Barnacks do RULE 😉.....your shoys Looke Fantastic

PURRfectly put Paul about "eye placement already getting automatic"

Rick, i'd never see a purple sheen. i am a little color blind in red and green, just enough so that i am totally untrustworthy in color PP. i pretty much have to accept autocolor ... 😉

this is a practical reason i shoot mostly black and white ...

You will like it forever.

To make it really small, 50 3.5 red scale.

Your truck is overexposed because you metered the shadow side and tried to bring it up thus overexposing the sun portions of the scene. Try printing it down darker.
