Ciao Roberto and thanks for the pictures.
Have you also something in colour a/o with a side light which can emphatize material textures ? I don't know if you looked at this forum, but there's another thread where several people are wondering if any Tessar is out there... It's a very rare lens.
Continue posting !

Ciao Roberto
it looks very promising under an iq standpoint, and as a side note I found quite strange you found a Dodge here (a true Dodge, not a rebranded car)... have you also a few colour shots ?
It would be nice to see how it renders life, if in a warm or cool tone.

very frustrating. I'd like to get this lens, but gosh, F4 is so slow! And the F2 lens is just too insanely expensive for me. Why or why do they not make something somewhere in between?????

Wonderful pictures here. I like the use of 85 mm as a landscape lens. Very graphical. I think f4 is just right for this kind of shots.

They do, and it's called M-Hexanon 90/2.8 (copy of the G Sonnar).

Nice pics, Roberto. I like the Charger. Did you introduce vignetting in post in the lake pictures ?

That was my feeling too. They had the 2/85 and was waiting for the new Tele-Tessar... It took them a while and ended up being an f/4 lens. So I went with the Leica 2,8/90 Elmarit-M instead. Couldn't be happier. Go figure, I bought at the right time as they've doubled in price since!

You guys should check out the Rollei Plannar 80mm f/2.8 LTM/M mount too. It's basically Carl Zeiss badged as Rollei. Made in Germany and very solid built. Great image quality.

Cheers,

Ciao Roberto
I've enjoyed all of your pictures. The color hue you gave to them recalls me a bit the Kodachrome. I think some pictures are a bit underexposed for my taste (maybe a wanted PP effect?) but overall and especially for what matters image quality, colors and sharpness the rendition is excellent

Mille grazie Dino.
I edited all the images in Capture One 6.
After some tests I choose this mood.
Ciao.

The more I see from this lens the more I want one - lovely rendering, quite different from my tele-elmar 90/2.8.
