M8 battery question

I bought a battery off of fleabay a month or so ago, and now have noticed that when I shake it it's a little loose inside. I hear a slight rattling.

Question- would you trust using that in your camera? It seems to work fine and holds an adequate charge, although I haven't tested the click count.

I have not noticed my M8 battery rattling. Is yours supposed to be genuine Leica battery, or a knockoff?

No it was advertised as genuine, and it is exactly the same as the one that came with my M8.2. My other original has no rattle.

One of my Leica batteries does just that. No worries.
