Correct cap/hood for Summicron 50/2 v3 black (no big "50")

Can somebody tell me what the right hood and cap are for this lens? It's a clip-on hood, right, and the cap can fit either over the lens itself or into the front of the hood?

I'm also looking for these items, so if you have any to sell me, or know where to find them, let me know.
 
Cap only fits on when the hood is stowed in reverse. At least on mine. Don't have the model number at the office. The other option is the slip on 39mm lenscap. But then you can't put the hood on reversed for storage. Grr.
 
I think the "correct" hood for the v3 is 12538 (plastic), but 12585 (metal) or 12585H is nicer. Both reverse, and have a cap to go on them when reversed. Ebay item 110700019019, for example, shows you 12585 with cap. When in use, a 39mm clip-on cap, like sold by CV, works well. KEH has a couple of 12585[H] for sale.

Q for both of you, is there a particular 39mm slip on lens cap? Because I will mostly be using the lens without a hood.

As an example of what i am looking for in a slip-on cap...my favorite lens cap of all time, for any lens, is this one, which slips onto the current 75mm Summarit:

If there's a rough equivalent that will fit the v3, I'd be delighted.
 
Yes, there is a plastic one (e.g. 400222716674@ebay), or a felt-lined metal one (e.g., 300558542398) coming in either black or chrome.
 
I took a chance, then sent him an email, asking if he might be able to ship today. If it's priority (it had better be, for $8.50), it should make it easy.
