Metabones LTM to M adapter?

I think I'll give it a try, metabones is supposed to be made in Japan and is known in the U 4/3 right?

I can recommend lasjashk as a grateful buyer, I've got my Metabones m4/3 adapters from him and received perfect service. The adapters are high quality, I think in the same league as Voigtlander's. Can't say much about the LTM to M adapter though. Chances are that lasjashk will accept the best offer of $35 if you are buying more than one;-)

If you look around places like KEH, Adorama, B&H, etc you can find the Leitz adapters for $35 bucks a piece.

I can comment atleast regarding the Metabones adapters for Contax G to micro 4/3rd's, extremely high quality. Lovely adapter, but it was something like $110. Still, quality was top-notch and I have no problems using the Contax lenses on my GF1. That should be quite a bit more complicated than the ltm adapters.

As soon as i get the adapter, will post some pics and thoughts of it. If it stands by the u4/3ds quality adapter I think its a nice option between the plain no name chinese copies and the VC ones

Any updates to this? I am in great need for 6-bit coding of my Voigtlander wide angles for my M9 and was thinking about the Kipon adapters until I read about the widespread angular alignment issues... I will probably go ahead and order some this weekend and hopefully post some feedback here also.

So, today I was getting the car out of the garage and the mail guy was waiting for me :)
I immediately recognized the envelope was no ordinary and knew it was the Metabones adapter. So quality speaking, it seems to me to be decent. The only fault I could find was that in the thread where the lens screws the chroming was faulty. The machining looks clean.

Once the lens is screwed in place it perfectly mounts on my M4, 50 mm bright lines show up and well, the rest depends on the lens right? its my recently "did it myself" CLA with this forum help summitar :). Some lens cleaning here and lubing there and looks nice. Only problem is the dust I left, somehow it's a headache to get a pristine result with no dust, but the haze and little fungus are gone with no marks left :D

One thing I still need to do is check with a caliper the mount ring thickness if I am right it was something between 0.98mm and 0.99mm right?

Here are some pics, oh btw, it comes ready for 6 bit coding

one last thing to add, it was shipped from HongKong in June 26, today its July 19. That is 23 days BUT, no customs involved in the process and well, it was a long wait but it worked and saved on shipping :)

Will test some shots and see how it comes out, all in all this "project"? is coming out nicely

Ahh I see... "maybe" I need to screw it with more force? not sure maybe it is as you say no matter how much force I apply
In any case, I saved something from the CV or Leitz originals and its not that bad as plain chinese copycats :)
