Tin Cheung has a few shops, the locations are listed in the website :
http://www.tincheungcamera.com.hk/
Tin Cheung carries Voigtlander items too. Please note the prices on the website are not the same as in the shop. I enquired about the Bessa R3M and it was cheaper at the shop.
As for film, there are many shops on Stanley Street which carry films. Stanley Street is in Central, not far from the drinking holes at Lan Kwai Fong.

You can get film from Wing Shing in Mong Kok, they have decent prices.
Leica equipment in HK is not cheap, but for CV stuff the situation might be different. Check out the second hand stores I mentioned earlier in this thread.

Hahah! BTW, there's a surplus of those X100 cameras here in Bangkok. Are they still hard to find elsewhere?
They are available but not common. I've seen several in shop displays.

Nick, Sebastian, was cool, to shoot with you guys Yesterday ;-)
Nick, if you are still looking for those Domke bags, I'll have to go this weekend to the XinGuang mall (Luban Lu/ Xietu Lu), to pick up small stuff - I remember the shop, I bought mine.

I did see some there but not the specific one I was looking for, a 4af copy. Did see 803 and F2 copies. Wouldn't mind going to have another look.

@ Sebastian, Nick
I am not sure, but I remember it either being 2nd or 3rd floor in the farthest left hand corner, when coming up the escalator - a tiny shop, just full of bags - no expensive brands like Billingham, and alike, just affordable stuff.
I paid something like 200 for mine (not sure, which model it resembles).
It is easily big enough, to hold a Nikon D3 + 70-200 attached + accessories and maybe a small prime.
It's too big for RF gear and I dislike the metal stuff all around the bag.
I probably use it as a tool bag.
They had these flat reporter style RF bag Domke lookalikes for similar prices as well, but none in black, as I prefer - much nicer than the big ones.

Dirk, I saw a black 803 clone, ie. one of the slim ones. And I think the shop lady said they were on discount.

Ah, Nick, thanks for the heads up ;-)
I sleeped in Today - couldn't sleep the night, so finished a lens during the night.
Maybe i can catch up with you guys this evening or so, shooting some pictures in Shanghai.
