Finally got myself a Summitar, it's so nice to be using a lens that feels and acts very solidly, the J-8 I had was so flimsy to use and didn't feel right, also had a tendency to freeze up in even modestly cold weather, but then again I never shelled out for a proper lubricant for the very simple once over I was able to give it. But from what I've seen, I just love the character of the Summitar. Looking forward to posting some results once my student grant gets in so I can develop all the film it's been focusing light onto.
