M2 shutter doesn't work at sub-zero

Hello all.

Unfortunately I have to start my first thread here from the issue with my M2.

So, the problem is that after some hours outside shooting at -10C my M2 is just stop working. At the end of the cocking curtains just goes back to the left curtain drum (or whatever it called). After few minutes in a warm place everything starts working ok.

Is this a common problem?

PS: 1/8-1/2 doesn't work correct sometimes in any temp. conditions. May be it's related issue.

Lubricant. It will be old and tired, if there is indeed any left. Getting the camera cleaned and lubricated will fix the problem.

Yeah, you'll need to have it looked at. My M2 works in sub zero just fine.
