Hello, fellow RFF-ers!!
I got Minox 35GT, and after running a test roll through it was amazed at the sharpness and contrast of Minotar lens. I am shooting Contaxes, FEDs and Zorkis, Leica screwmounts, Pentax screwmounts and K-mounts, Canon EOS-Mounts and am open to suggestions. I would like to be able to replicate the results of Minotar on other bodies with the ability to have exact focus. I know I can use auxiliary rangefinder with Minox, but I would be interested to receive similar results from my other film systems.

Fixed lens camera recommendations that make precise focusing available are also welcome.

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. Are you thinking about putting the Minox lens on a different body? If so, I believe that's impractical. I know of no way to ensure precise focusing on that camera, other than through the old-fashioned way: practice, practice, practice.

That's not how I read the post. I think Sam is asking which SLR or RF lens gives similar results.
Technically speaking, it's a Tessar type with a rather basic two-blade diaphragm. No idea what else matches that. Not the Oly XA, for example.

Not only is the Minotar a Tessar (4 elements, 3 groups) design, it also doesn't have helicoid focusing, but relies on movement of just the front element (cell focusing), while the rear group of cells remains in the same place. In this way, a very small forward movement will throw the focus from infinity to close up.Technically speaking, it's a Tessar type with a rather basic two-blade diaphragm. This is the same focus mechanism as the Olympus XA2 has, and although the Zuiko 35/3.5 is a slightly different 4 elements in 4 groups design and the shutter/aperture blades are combined, the way it renders images is somewhat comparable.

You might try an m42 Zeiss Tessar 50/2.8 from an old Practiflex
that would fit on your Pentax. They can be found fairly inexpensively
and are nicely made lenses.

If you're looking for an entire fixed lens RF camera that's similar in outcome,
there are many Tessar types from Voigtlander Vito with color-skopars to Kodak retina with Xenar's or Ektar's. I've got some nice examples for sale right now in the classifieds.
And of course there are quite a few other Japanese brands that use Tessar type lenses. It's a fairly simple and easy to build lens type if you don't need a fast lens, as 2.8 is about as fast as they go.
Konica C35 has a very sharp contrasty look. Olympus has the Trip 35 zone focus, or Stylus Epic p&s.
Though, I've found that a lot has to do with the particular sample as much as the brand.

Thanks for all the answers. I apologize for not being clear in my question. English is not my first language after all.
I am thinking about a lens with a similar rendition to mount on any other bodies I have. I have Olympus and Voigtlander fixed lens cameras, and I also like them very much. It seems like I will have to look for a modern version of M42 Tessar, that would give me the results I am looking for. I was actually thinking about something like 45mm f/2.8 CZ Tessar in C/Y mount, that should be adaptable to EOS or PK mounts.
