Do you have other vices?

I like music, so I spend lots of money on it. I also like vintage video games, which can be expensive as well.
And I smoke, and toke, and drink.

I like some stuff by Leica (Elcan) and Nikon, but no film or sensors are involved ... keeps the zombies away ...

I quit smoking late last year. I don't drink except on rare occasions. I guess the last vices are air-cooled VW's, old cameras, and bicycles.

If I didn't know you personally, I'd think you were a rich snob by this post... though I guess you redeemed yourself with the admittance of using credit. ;)

Yes a lot of credit. Now I'm just a poor slob again. This is how vices work. No regrets.

I forgot another vice: Zero APR Credit.

When I was 32 years old I was a two pack a day smoker and had smoked for 17 years. I had quit smoking many times, but it took my obsession with bicycles and biking to become a real nonsmoker. It helped that getting fit was a direct conflict with ever smoking again, but I replaced one adictive behavior with another.

Never smoked...last time I had a drink was 1983...still have my 1969 VW Beetle, a bunch of old cameras and a Road Bike...
The VW rarely gets out as it's set up for street racing and that could get me in a ton of trouble...our daughter has loved that car ever since her first ride in it...yeah...we went pretty fast...:cool:;):D

Vices! Where do I start?

Etc.

Books.
I have always loved reading, but prefer to own, rather than borrow books, so I have a library of thousands of volumes.
However, I don't consider this activity to be a vice, but rather just a pleasure.
I suppose my love of fixing or repairing broken objects or the modification of objects (both photographic and non-photographic) to suit my needs can be construed as being a vice. My wife certainly thinks so, (except when I fix her favorite pairs of reading glasses, which is when it suddenly and magically becomes a skill or talent rather than a vice).

Motorcycles. Sportbikes to be precise. Must have magnesium wheels, 520 chain, aluminum sprockets, PC3, full ti system.

And hookers.
