I have 5 camera bags and none of them are perfect. I switch them off depending on the kit that I am carrying. I think that all the bags are all fine - I am the imperfect creation that can't seem to find true happiness🙄.

So, I have developed one based on spatial frequency (thread count), divided by tangential segmentation (number of compartments) X sagittal orientation (measurement of sagginess).

My bag is a 4.87 and it's understandable that you're astounded by that number.

I have had several "perfect" camera bags. Each of those was only perfect for a couple of weeks or months until my gear changed. 😉

But then, my CCS Heritage and my Vanguard bag come pretty close to what is "perfect".

Domke F2 is the perfect bag. Jim Domke got it right first time. You just have to put the right (and right amount of) stuff in it. Every piece of gear I have has been in my F2 at some point or another.

Of course, I have four other Domke bags, so what do I know?
