Who can fix a Kiev like this one?

Another recommendation for Oleg, he did a great job servicing one of my Contax II cameras (similar to your Kiev). He replaced the shutter ribbons, cleaned out the viewfinder, and got everything adjusted within spec. Turnaround time was about 6 weeks or so, much of that being shipping time.
 
There are other folks that can work on the Kiev cameras but I will add to the suggestions to use Oleg.
He has worked on several of my FSU cameras and is very hard to beat for value for money spent. And the longest part of the time is what the camera spends in the mail getting to and from him.

Essex Camera in New Jersey also works on them and has a good reputation here at RFF. I am about to send them my Kiev 4am.
 
Jerry Sorin in New York works on Kievs. Don't have his contact info with me but try searching his name here and on Google. He more or less took over Eddy Smolov's work when Eddy retired.
