Massachusetts Cambridge photo walks?

So, I just recently moved to Cambridge (from Newton, don't get too excited), and my parents are coming to visit Memorial Day weekend. My dad asked me to come up with a photo walk in Cambridge... any suggestions?

I'm not a noob to the area, and he's spent some time here, too... so trying to think of something interesting. At the same time, thinking we've never actually done it in Harvard Sq... and maybe by not ignoring the obvious, we'll find something interesting.

A few years ago we took some nice shots of rusty things over near the back of MIT -- albany st and the like. that was fun.

I like the streets and homes across Mass Ave from the Porter Square T Station (and check out the bronze gloves sculptures all throughout the station). Great classic Cambridge houses and curvy streets. And have lunch at Darwin's in Cambridge-great place on a classic street. I also suggest a T ride to see the Frank Gehry buildings on the MIT campus (Google Frank Gehry MIT for info).

My wife and I, along with her parents, will be traveling next month to Cambridge for our son's Graduation from MIT...we will be there for a week...staying at the Holiday Inn north of Boston...not too sure which city (my wife made the arrangements)
Looking forward to getting a few shots of the city and some around the campus...I visited him there a few years ago but it was too short a time to see much plus it was raining and snowing...

I'm thinking of taking the Yashicamat 124g and the Nikon F with a 35, 50 & 135 lens...I'll also include a Weston Ranger light meter...Fuji Acros 100 & some Fujicolor Pro 160S...
