Don't. I like the landscape orientation and the perspective.
I mean...hell, do what you want, your photo. It's Digital, so try the crop...but I don't think it'll look as good.

And lose the rails that draw the eye into the image? It's the asymmetry of the rails combined with the central figure that makes the composition for me.Crop the sides?

Here were the settings i used:
Manual exposure
0.002 sec (1/500)
Aperture f/2.0
ISO Speed 500
Exposure compensation was 0
It just turned out to be the perfect day to take pictures in that area. I barely did any PP.
