Fuji 35/2 LTM and Canon 35/1.8 LTM

Last sets of pics, I promise! Using the Sony a7III this time insteada the Nikon Z6. Testing lenses in high contrast situation about 615AM, sun is up but has not made it over the tall trees in my neighborhood.

A fairly brutal flare test, bright sun filtered through the edge of a dogwood tree.

With a few exceptions in those last sequences in back yard, I think I see considerable vignetting in most of the Fuji images...even the ones stopped down to 4. I think that's contributing to the less-exposure look.

I'm conflicted. From examples here and elsewhere I can see that the Canon 35/1.8 really fits the look I like for many of the subjects I shoot. But! The Fuji would work great for some portrait subjects I have. And of course I can't let go of my subliminal bias about LTM Fuji lenses 😎. But alas, I have neither and really don't need another lens (never stopped me before😬).

I have no need to get a Canon 35/2. I have that look covered by my Zeiss Biogon 35/2.

And I shouldn't forget the CV 35/1.4 or 2.5 sitting in the cupboard....or the Summarons (M and LTM). But of course none of the aforementioned look quite like the Fuji shown here.

Where do I get one of these fancy Fuji lenses? A yard sale?
