@Yuriy - I love that photo in your last post!
Here is one with the Nikkor 85 ƒ1.5 - a lens, that absolutely beautifully pairs with the W-Nikkor on a second body.
It is not as blistering sharp wide open, but has a very, very similar signature and gets to a similar detail at ƒ2 (this lens I value much, much higher than a 75 Summilux - really falling in love with the classic Nikkors now despite the less ergonomic handling):
And a portrait from a day, when I tried to pair the W-Nikkor with a latest 50 Summicron + yellow filter - it doesn't really match the W-Nikkor well - looks almost dead by comparison:

Beautiful.
There's so much awesome in this thread I feel, ahem, moderately inadequate.

Absolutely Johan - a wonderful lens indeed! It is amazing, for how low a price one can get a Hexar AF nowadays ;-)
Probably posted in another thread already?
A few shots, done with the uncoated 1936 5cm Summar:
Best greetings from Shanghai and a merry Christmas everybody! Spend some good days with family and friends!
Cheers,
Dirk

Nice Brandon! What is with the classic Porsche 911 photographs in the gallery in the portrait of Jonas?

Jonas is a huge Porsche fan and he love balancing things. He recently bought a old junk Porsche, sawed it in half, and plans on balancing it. Check out his work...

My life would be so much easier if I could get my digital camera to give me this look. Great job, Jurgen.
Thank you, Snowbuzz!

That's too sweet Helen ;-)
Just yesterday's shooting a large SLR with flash reminded me of rule Nº though: You can't have too much gear! The more stuff you use, the least the chance, you get bored - always gotta try something new!
