This was done with my collapsible before I had Focal Point re-coat the front element. It was pretty badly blasted when I got it. But it was gifted, so I intended to make the best of it. Focal Point did a lovely job on it, and it now makes sharp images.

Do you have any before/after photos of the lens itself, and any similarly glarey shots taken after you had it cleaned up?

Mine was also cleaned professionally by the previous owner (I can't remember which technician, someone in the US...) and looks great now, but I never saw how bad it was beforehand.

I don't think I have any pictures of the lens prior to the servicing. But it looked like it had been cleaned with sandpaper. I don't have any after repair photos scanned, that I can locate.
