I love mine for the colour. Very muted with portra 160 (m6). One of the photos I love of my boy.

I rarely use my 50mm but for the rare time I use them, I'm surprised by the results.

I just discovered this thread. Recently, I acquired a 3f with a collapsible 50 Summicron. According to Classic Connection, the lens had just been CLA'ed by DAG. I have not seen any results yet (traveling) and I have two other 50's-latest version of the Summicron and 50f1.2 Nokton so my question is should I purchase a LTM to M adopter for M2/MP240.

From what I see here it might be worth it as it seems to have a different look.

I would say, YES! It's not my favorite lens, but it does have a unique signature to it. Mine is M-mount, 6-bit coded (as a v.3), and can't ever see myself parting with it.
