I am unable to login to the gallery using the "forgot password" function.
The email address I used to have 13 years ago when I registered to RFF is no longer valid. I changed it to my current one in the forum user settings, but the gallery is still asking for the old address to send the password reset e-mail.

I have the same problem. The old email from over a decade ago is no longer in use, so I cannot reset the password.
send me a pm with your new email address

I don't receive the email even though my email address hasn't changed! I have tried several times to reset the password.

When I try to PM you I get this message:
You have reached your stored private message quota of 150 topics. You have 406 topics saved combined in your private message folders. Please delete some of your existing topics.
Now I find I cannot batch delete the PMs, so it will take quite a long time before I can PM you.
My email address hasn't changed from the one stored in my profile on this new site.

There is a problem with the forum code in trying to get a new password sent for the gallery or classifieds. For a brief instant you get a screen showing forum errors before telling you it sent the email but no emails are being sent.

Thanks Shawn, I saw these messages flash briefly on my screen but too quick to grab a screen shot.
I still can't log in to the Gallery. I tried changing my email address in my user profile to see if I'd get the "change password" email after trying to log in to the Gallery using the "forgot password" dialog box. However now when I retry the "forgot password" routine with the new email address I get this message:
"Failed to find account with email "XXXXXXXXXX@gmail.com". Please check your entry."
I tried closing down the browser window and re-opening but still no luck.
I post a lot of pictures to the RFF Gallery, it's one of the main ways I participate in this site, but now I'm locked out from that.
Help would be appreciated.
yea. im working on the email. it broke when I added it to this server. So bare with me. For the time being, send me a pm and i will reset the password for you.

First, thanks for all the work you are doing to make rff even "more perfect". Everything will work out in the end. Now to my particular issue. Using an Android phone. Able to log in to the site But clicking on the Gallery link brings up an "error 404" page. Anyone else getting this?
