broken links on smilies (and better yet, install modern unicode emojis and junk the smilies)
font sizes do not match between themes
random photos are not random
reinstall the old rff logo (with necessary adjustments to fit)

Feedback for Classified sales. (If it's there, I cannot find it)
It's called Classifieds on some pages, "Marketplace" on others.

Otherwise, pretty good transition! Thanks!

Cannot open a thread from a google search

Oh yes, this is a VERY big one. It's really going to seriously affect traffic and new member registrations...do a google search, click on the link, and it takes you...to an error. This is a must-do, if it's not too late to translate those links to the new software.

I haven't posted anything since the changeover because I can't seem to get my head around the new site. My fault I'm sure, because most folk seem to be fairly satisfied with the changes.

One thing I would find very helpful is to be able to change settings so that every thread I open would open at the last page and post, as I used to have it set up. Some weeks ago I stumbled on a setting, which I can no longer find...but it didn't work at the time anyway, and I can no longer find it!

Another thing would be to get my avatar inserted on posts I make. When I read the instructions on this and ticked the appropriate setting, it didn't work. It's there on my Profile page, but not on previous posts.

Thanks.

Why , oh why is the "Invalid Page URL" thing still showing when one comes to the site, even after logging on? That has to be pretty discouraging to prospective members attempting to check the site out.

As above, this is working for me now (it didn’t before)

No dependencies with old or new website version in my opinion.

We need a bug reporting tool :)

I too have been having connection problems - error 524 past several weeks as above but have happy overall with the site.

The preferences for notifications are still completely inoperative, have no effect at all, as is the ignore list, still. Though I have noted this so many times before I don’t know why I even bother any more. I guess somebody’s ignore list is working. I promise not to ever mention this again, even if solicited, as now.

glad I'm not on your ignore list.

Notifications do not work at all. They didn't work with the old site, either. I never got email notifications to any replies, still don't.
