It is a tricked-out Industar, either 26M or 50. Check the aperture ring. These are all over Ebay in a variety of colors. They go well with the FED/Zorki 'Leicas', not so much for the NAZI versions, but the Matryoshka doll paint jobs.

Either an Industar-22 collapsible or I-50 Collapsible.
The I-26M is Rigid only, the I-22 has an uncommon Rigid version, and I-50 rigid mount is much more common than the collapsible.
You could complain that this auction is for counterfeit merchandise. Many sellers advertise these as "copies", this one does not.

It says it's coming from Ukraine. That seems unlikely to post right now or the foreseeable future, even for a Fake.

Depends on where it's being sent from inside Ukraine. I bought an USSR-era 35mm developing tank recently from Kyiv. It was shipped with tracking on the 30th of April.
Though expected delivery is the 8th of June
