RFF Software Updated May 25th 2022 - Post new Update feedback here in one thread

Roll this $4#1 out already. It fixed absolutely nothing, but broke notifications. We can't even see who replied to us and where.

Oh, and FireFox is the total outhouse outskirts in the modern world.
 
When I try to access the classifieds (while already logged in to RFF), I get a scolding from a message that tells me I ought to know by now that I have to be logged in to do that. So when I try to go ahead and log in, I get an even more demeaning message telling me I ought to be smart enough to know I was already logged in. This has happened twice now, in the past two days. I use google chrome. Eventually i found a way to get around it, but it wasn't easy. I had to open some other RFF page and log on from there.

I don't think we need the monster images associated with those messages, either.
 
On the home page, when I click on "view more" at the bottom, I get a truncated version of the same page, showing only the first twelve or fifteen entries. You would think it would scroll down longer to show some number of additional, probably earlier posts; but it doesn't. I don't see how this feature serves any purpose. You can always see earlier articles by clicking on the numbers, so maybe the "view more" button just needs to go away?

DREADFUL time as of late using RFF

When I am logged in with box ticked off (remember Me)
I never seem to be able to access the latest post of a Thread... even when I click on it.
it always places me on some way earlier numbered page and if I put in the latest page number I remember it to be, it never goes there

FRIUSTRATING !!!!

Why ?

If I am NOT logged in, I can go to latest post , YAY
BUT if I want to post a comment
as soon as I log in properly
I am back to some mid section of the thread

Anyone else having this happen ?
I use Chrome and rarely safari / happens with both now

ALSO; if I look at my recent posts, it has not been updated
for many, many days

parts of the software were just redone.

The Notification page, New Topics Page and Today's Post page,
and maybe other stuff I am not aware of,
seem to be working now.
