There was intermittent rain on this day. I'd spend 5 minutes under an umbrella keeping my camera dry and then I'd have 5 minutes where I could take photographs. I didn't mind, it's all part of the game.​

One of myself in the picture to give a sense of scale to this place.​

It has been 4 months since my earlier comment that the 16-80 zoom is just too big and heavy for me. I have put it in my bag to carry where I take my camera gear to where ever I photograph but have not put it on a camera body since then. Again, that weight and bulk is just too much for this one lens guy. But that is me, YMMV.

... I used a Kenko PRO ND 1000 and a Kenko ZX C-PL filter.
It was a 50 second exposure. The wind was blowing pretty good ...

Very nice. You use it to good effect in these photos - just right.
