Monocle lens for Leica M?

I saw some pictures I rather liked the other day. They were very much imperfect. Soft focus etc, But they still had something. Someone mentioned they where made on a Leica M and a Monocle type lens. Any ideas on where to get such lenses?

EDIT: Damn, and I just received a new lens I just bought. I have to come up with a reason for why I need this one as well 🙂

You can search for meniscus lenses too. It appears people use these as well.

I did end up buying the lens. Found one on ebay which was not too expensive. Just shot a roll Harman Phoenix. And now I have to wait to get it developed 🙂

Yes nothing in the front. I have no idea if the remaining lens is original.

A pinhole or zone-plate body cap may perhaps give you that look as well. Not sure they are available for the M any more. Some available on the auction site.
