Many thanks -- still a ton of work left to be done. We just had the lower level boarded (drywall), the taper comes in tomorrow, mudding I think will be next week. Retaining wall along the driveway in that photo will start next week (the scene now looks completely different from when that shot was taken). Hoping for a November 1st move-in.

Hey, wait, that could be the next bog thing. Poutine is quite variable, it has come a long way from chips, gravy and cheese curd already.

Fish and chips, shepherd's pie, tourtière (pork pie), poutine of course, butter tarts, Nanaimo bars, peameal bacon. It's a seeming combination of French Canadian, English, Scottish and American.

My mouth is watering! Now I have to track down a Canadian restaurant in New Mexico... 😉
