Woke up yesterday with an idea. I don't get them often so I didn't recognize it at first.
It hit me like an electric jolt...
But I recovered forthwith and it had no lasting effect.
My mind continued with mixed up confusion...
Today begins a new year. Better than the last one I hope. But it hinges on many things I cannot control...
So I'll just take it as it comes and play it as it's dealt. It's gonna be better...I just know it. It's gotta be. But there are numerous ominous dark clouds on the horizon.
It could be we'll deal with the same old...
Happy New Year, folks! Hope your hangovers quickly fade and you have nothing but good luck. Me? I'm gonna start the new year with a fine old Southern traditional New Years Day lunch of black-eyed peas, cabbage, ham and cornbread. 👍
And maybe a PBR.
