I was going to choose "lense" but someone beat me to it (though it's a far less common error here than on eBay).

I like the word " Bokeh"
it is especially nice when the word " creamy" is before it
like in " creamy Bokeh "
all those who worship at the Leica altar , pray that most of their expensive Leica lenses have, you guessed it, Creamy Bokeh.

u and r instead of "you" and "are".
Also "Minty"
Sounds like a green teletubby.

It's not a photographic word, but I would be inclined to vote for "irregardless." ( or is it "iregardless"? What is the world coming to when one has to spend time contemplating the "correct" spelling of an ungrammatical word?)

Now we're getting into what I thought this thread was about - four letter words!

Wow - what a cool thought. I wonder if there is a single word that expresses this contradiction?

Frank,
In that case, shouldn't we spell it "bouquet" -as in a bouquet of Hyacinths?

Perhaps "regarded" would make sense from that double-negative.
Oh yes... and the most annoying word... R@RE!!! (especially when followed by the name of a common soviet-made rangefinder....)

Yes, I just didn't want to confuse the situation with a French word.

You know, now I think about it, the word I really hate is 'awesome'.
Some words are just destroyed by inappropriate, or simply overuse.
Aaaaaaagh how I hate 'awesome'.
What about 'cool' or 'chill' or am I just showing signs of getting old?

Yes, and you probably paint with film, too.

As I said before, now we're getting into the real 4 letter words. I love it. Fokeh you all!

IMHO
Very few people that refer to their opinion as "humble" think that it is.
