Which cameras have you loaded with film in anticipation for use during this weekend? Last evening I decided to try something different this time. I loaded the following cameras with film:
Fuji GL690 (TMAX 100) .............. for low grain and 6x9 negatives.
Olympus Pen FT (TMZ 3200) ..... for high grain with half-frame images
Zeiss Contarex (Fuji NPS160) ...... for enjoying using this camera
Pentax ME Super (Ilford/Arista 50) ... for low grain and to test the 28mm lens.
Now I better get busy planning my day.

This weekend the M3 with Summicron DR is loaded with Agfa APX 100 and I've just come back from a morning at the beach with my sons having taken a few shots with this. One of my MPs still has Delta 3200 (rated at 1600) in it, which I haven't finished yet - I keep that one for indoor shots. The other MP is empty at the moment - might end up with a colour roll or some Kodak BW400CN depending on the occasion.
Have a good weekend!

It's just after 11AM and I've already run a roll of Fuji NPH through my Yashica Mat at a historic district here. There's half a roll of tri-x in the Spotmatic I'm using for a photo course. No film in any rangefinders so far....

The XPAN2 still has the Adox CMS 20 in it- should get that finished today out snowshoeing, the .72 M7 has a bit of Agfa Ultra left-over from yesterday, and the .58 M7 is empty. The M6 still has some Superia 400 in it that I don't much like after all, I'm procarastinating getting some other C-41 400 films to try, and the M6 sits waiting for me. The G2 w/21 has had the same roll of Agfa Ultra 100 in it for about a month, I shoot little that wide- depends on the location, usually get a spurt of 1/2 a roll, then piddle along here and there till the next one. I'm mostly shooting color only because I have so much B&W to print from this last year- I'd usually have HP5 and FP4 in the mix.

It seems that we all have "good intentions" for this weekend. I will try to force myself to work with the 6x9 camera by not taking along a 35mm lens when leaving our home today. It is sunny outside, but for Florida it is cold.

Dan,
I will also set aside my 3200 ASA film for indoor shots. I will rate it like you at 1600. I first thought I would use it at ASA1000 but now will use 1600 as a benchmark.

My 124G has a fresh roll of Tri-X in it. My M6TTL has 400CN in it. I thought about loading some film into a Fuji folder. But this weekend will probably not involve film... it's an R-D1 w/ one lens kinda weekend...

well, nothing especially for this weekend...but my yashica gsn is at frame no. 20 for ages! At least 3-4 months. So i should finish it.
The problem is, winter months are so damn dark here, and i have iso 100 film in it...

That's a winning combination. NPH in 6x6...just wonderful and fast enough for many things.kzim56 said:It's just after 11AM and I've already run a roll of Fuji NPH through my Yashica Mat at a historic district here. Hi Raid,
Thanks for the vote of confidence ;-) but I should clarify that I am still experimenting with the high speed films myself, so don't take my word for gospel. What I have found on some recent rolls with the Delta 3200 is that rating it at 1600 did produce noticeably finer grain and a more contrast in the shots. Indoor family scenes by available light - ie a few tungsten bulbs in most cases - can be quite low in contrast and I noticed the film struggled a little at 3200. You might find 1000 even better !
The other thing that does occur to me is that these high speed films seem to work best if given a reasonably contrasty scene to work with, so I might experiment in future with some outdoor pictures at night or with harsh lighting...
So many films, so little time... :-D
All the best,
Dan

Bessa R is loaded with Ilford Delta Pro 100, and I'm gonna be taking "grab shots" of my grandsons, if they'll slow down enough...I'll have to lead them, like I was skeet shooting...

Ive got some TMX3200 loaded in a disposable camera that I reloaded @ work... going for available light shots w/ this one (and I put some green tape over the flash to reduce its power for when I need flash)
Sylvia has some Fuji Pro 800 in it...
Will be loading my N8008 w/ some fomapan 400 for a shoot tomorrow...
FG has some Portra 800 loaded in her, hopefully I'll spend through those tomorrow too.
I think my holga's got some 200 speed polaroid film in it... dont remember, outcomes should be interesting. I think I'll go w/ some arista EDU 400 next time around.
mamiya 645 is gonna be loaded w/ some arista EDU 400 as well.

M3 with a roll of Kodachrome 64 with a few shots left, which I'm going to finish. Planning on shooting a roll of Velvia 100 in the Canon over the weekend, and possibly some Tri-X in the M3.
If next weekend counts, I'm buying a 90 Elmar and I'll shoot a few rolls with that.

Well, I've got a fresh SD card in my R-D1 and I've just loaded some HP5+ in my Canon F1 which I'm going shoot with the 100mm F2.8 - I can't not use this camera even if it isn't an RF.

Ah, well last weekend I had SPUR Orthopan UR (= ADOX CMS 20) (at ISO 20) in the M7 and HP5 (at 1600) in the M3.
This weekend I had Tri X (at 400) in the M3.
This weekend it's really sunny, so ISO 100 would have been just right.
Hmmm, seems I need a third body
