Yes, after my first few days with my new M8, I would certainly buy a used one. So much easier to use than my D200, and one hell of alot smaller and lighter.

To answer the initial question... I must admit that I would give some thought to the purchase of a used Leica M8.

But I wouldn't sell any of my current film cameras if I did it!

Well the car talk has been the most constructive component of this thread. Id certainly buy a used Morgan! Picture of mine attached.
Incidentally, has any one seen a used M8 for sale? NO I thought not!
