I needed to buy some new headphones and I just checked on my order at the web-site I bought 'em from.
When I signed out of my account, I noticed this message:

You have been logged off your account. It is now safe to leave the computer. Maybe you should go play with friends?

Nothing earth shaking but I laughed!

Well, not many of my "real life" friends have free time during the daytime--most of them work typical 9-5 jobs--so I do spend time here.
I guess my cameras are my friends, too. But they don't talk back to me so far...

Didn't some company try that already?
I have a couple of friends who bought cars in the 80's that talked("the door is ajar", etc). First thing they did was to track down the little plastic box where the voice originated and take it out. Once not so gently...

Chrysler did it. The phrase was: "Your door is ajar". I could never find the lid to the door. Nor did I ever, ever own a Chrysler product!

I certainly don't want a camera talking back to me.
