Ah, this thread came a month too late for me. I purchased from him last February, couldn't find anything about him here so I just took the "risk," my first official ebay transaction (previous purchases were through my sister's account).
Before purchasing and payment, I contacted him a few times and asked questions, etc. He was very helpful and replied promptly. After I paid, I emailed him to confirm receipt and tell me when he shipped the item. I don't know why but he did not get back to me until a week later, when he told me he had just sent the item. Item arrived as described (not that the description was very specific, but it was in good working order as he said). A little dirty, etc. so I had to do a little cleaning, but otherwise fine.
Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and love my Agat 18k half frame. Other than that he kept me in suspense and some worry for a week (also shipping only 6 or 7 days after payment--I received the item 10 working days after the day he shipped it), he seems pleasant to deal with and communicates well. Oh, and he packs very well, too🙂 On the whole, not a perfect but still a positive experience for me.
