This one is always on the top 5 on my flickr-scale. Why flickr-scale? because it's at least got viewed by more people than those I know personally.

At the same time, this one is special because it's the first time I use a "real" glass lens.

I would sound socks licking, and nevertheless not abstain to tell you I happened to see here your pic, and before looking who made it I told myself this is Ferider's.

I have not dedicated any time to review your Gallery, and the only other one I saw from you was your famous bird. The link between the two seems to be something I find hard to describe in words, but let say a special and very rare capacity to bring an image with strong tension effect although the absence of humans.

My finest moment - not photographic - was the 15. Nov 2002 and one of my finest photographic moments was when Ania, my Kiev 88 and I went into a friends' friend's studio to fiddle around with some studio lights. That's the result.

Roland... love that 15 Heliar shot.

My best is not an RF shot either and shot only a couple of weeks ago.

This is a wild Sharp-shinned Hawk that decide to eat it's lunch just 10-15ft away from me. You rarely get so close to a hawk without being in a blind.
