I think prices have gone up. I haven't seen many konica m lenses on ebay in a while.

Good grief. I passed up a used one for $450 and a new one for $650. It's our fault. Folks have talked up the M-Hexanon lenses so much the value has gone up. No worries. I have a nice 90mm Elmarit that I am very pleased with.

it's an outlier. the bidders probably don't know the usual price.

I think so to. Demand is high, and supply is down.

Maybe the news is filtering through that the Hex lenses build wise and in performance are as good as anything out there and better than most.

The funny part of that particular auction is - it was BIN at $475 or $495 and once bidding started it had gone that high. I saw it when it was just listed. I was thinking to get it then. Maybe I should have. But I haven't seen that many photos from this lens, so not sure if I'd like it. Anyone who owns one - can you post some pics from Hex 90/2.8?
Thanks
Thanks

Here is an indoor, full-auto, shot of my kid at 1600 ISO on the RD1 with the 90/2.8 Hexanon.

I'd love to post more but I've only so far shot my daughter at sports practice and all the other pics I can find have lots of other kids faces in them, not sure how the other parents would feel...Krosya said:Looks very nice. I like bokeh. Do you have any more to share, pls?

How about some shots without any kids? Just some objects, where I could see some good examples of it's sharpness and bokeh? Some wide open ones? If you have anything - it would be great!,
Thanks.
