what do you guys consider today's best buys in Nikon Rangefinder,

for both users and collectors?

I'm surprised by that answer. I assumed that the (reported) recent japanese price falls on the S3 2000 would make it THE buy.

to me, long term,

the best buy in NRF based upon average selling prices (not the occasional super bargain)

for the last two years has been the SP 2005 kit.
cheap, no.
bargain, yes.
