£500 Rebate on UK M8s 'til June '09

This might interest anyone who missed out on the last rebate which ended... err.. just two months ago.

Anyway.

Remember that the UK M8s come with the full Passport warranty for 2 years (accidental damage is also covered).

That feels like an advert, I feel unclean.

But no rebate ordering from outside UK. At least it says on Robert White.

That makes a new digital M8 cheaper than a new film MP or M7 body !

A local dealer here in Montreal is also offering $500 (CAD) off new black M8s although they don't say how long the sale will run. (I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say who it is or post a link to the site so I won't.)

This is the mirror image of currency-related price rises. Price drops are too dangerous -- the exchange rate can reverse tomorrow -- but rebates are short-term and safer.
