“Cars and Dogs” at Black Box, Portland, Ore.

I don’t often think to plug my own work on here, but this is for my brother, who took up photography again in the last couple months and is doing some amazing stuff. I encouraged him to submit work to this show at Black Box Gallery in Portland’s Eastside Arts district.

After showing there for the last few years, I finally went down and met Todd, the owner, earlier this summer. He was excited about doing a more sentimental and playful show, and I’m glad he chose this subject. if you’re in the Portland area, this is a great gallery to visit, and Todd loves to talk at length about anything photographically related. The Eastside Art Walk is one of my favorites, too, something for everything.
