10 days with the Bessa III

Just came back from a trip up the California coast (Los Angeles to Mendecino) with he Bessa III. Even though it is a bit on the heavy side for a folder, its flatness makes it a great camera for travel. Thanks to Stephen Gandy who went the extra mile meeting me with the camera! Here's a few shots (same ones posted in the Gallery, in case you don't visit it) with different types of film. All shot in Aperture mode (I wanted to try the metering). Seems that the camera underexposes a little. I guess that's good for slides.

I really like the last one. Especially the OOF areas ... they seem uncharacteristic of a folder (no swirly bokeh which makes me sea sick.)
