120 roll identification

Is anybody out there able to identify this 120 BW film? One of my sons loaded my Yashica-Mat with it and took some pictures, but now he can't remember the brand (he got the film from his school). I suppose it's not any of the major companies, because of the unmarked strip.

Hi Antti, I shoot a lot of 120 of all kinds. I'm not recognizing this packaging/wrapper. Since you're in Sweden I'm wondering if it is an "unbranded" film from one of the European manufacturers.

No more information than BW and Pan on the label? ie ISO?

Hi,

This looks just like the Arista.EDU Ultra 100 and/or 400 120 b/w film I've been shooting (and liking - unlike the 400 in 35mm) and having my students shoot. On the white band you should see a number opposite the EXP - exposed - and this will let you know the ISO, and, thus the development time. I think it's fomapan, so you can check the massive development chart, but I use d-76 1:1 at 68 F 100 ISO = 8 min 30 sec and 400= 9 min (if it was very bright or contrasty light you can drop down to 8 min to keep the highlights from blowing out). I hope this is helps, and I'm glad to hear other schools are still shooting film (and 120).
