12mm voigtlander heliar lens mount

Does anyone know if i can have my voigtlander 12mm helir screw mount changed to a leica m mount, and if i can who or what company can perform such a modification.

Not heard of anyone who does that; but, um... why?

You could just keep a screw-to-M adapter on the lens. Certainly the Voigtlander ones will screw on tightly enough that the lens will effectively have a permanently-attached bayonet mount (until such time as you need to remove it).
