Other/Uncategorized 135mm Super Acall Lens by Kyoei Optical -- which mount?

I've been trying to nail down which mount this lens has -- was it made only as an LTM, or did Kyoei Optical also make this lens with a bayonet or Pentax screw mount?

I seen that lens made for the Nikon RF cameras also.
