15mm and tripods?

Hey all. Have my 15mm on my leica, and want to shoot some abandoned interiors. I'm worried that the tripod will show up in the shot. I have the manfrotto joystick head, and since the leica is off center, the grip of the head may show up :S What do you think?

Set up the tripod so one leg is directly behind and the other two are facing forward to the left and right. Shorten the two forward facing legs so that they are more vertical and tilt your body and lens up to make it level. It will make your setup a little less sturdy but it should still keep 'er steady. Not sure about the joystick.
