I need a 16x20 print scanned. Anybody knows who does this in the USA?

I'm not sure there's a scanner other than a drum scanner and then not sure you'll find one anymore that will handle anything that big. I had a Fuji Lanovia Quattro which was the largest flatbed prepress scanner and it only went to 13x18 inches.
I think some of the old Crossfield and Heidelberg drum scanners would go to 20x24 but these are few and far between these days. They were massive machines and extremely complex and expensive to maintain. Parts are no longer available for the Crossfield I know because they became Fuji and Fuji discontinued all scanners, parts and service. that's why I sold my Lanovia Quattro.
Why not just copy it with a high MP digital camera? Same thing basically. Or even better find someone with a scanning digital back to shoot it. I have my Hasselblad back out for sale at a dealer in California otherwise I'd copy it for you.
