And then there's Adox. Check their Fotoimpex store online; they offer the new CHS 100 ii in a startling variety of sizes, though I believe many are sold out and waiting on a new production run.

I've purchased 20 x 24 film from Berrger, but last time was maybe ten years ago. I found them via the Ultra Large Format section on the APUG site.

Adox do cut (and stock) just about any size from CHS 100 II - odd sizes best ordered directly from their distributor Fotoimpex. Right now they are down on stock and have no 16x20", but the next batch is expected in late September.
