1937 visit to the Leitz Wetzlar factory (a few photos)

A link in the Collection Appareils web site (which is a reference site of 10,000+ vintage cameras) led me to a small gallery of photos from an official album presented to a French camera dealers' delegation visiting the Leitz Wetzlar factory in 1937. There are also links to photos of visits to the Rollei and Agfa factories at the same time (these mostly comprise group photos, perhaps only of historical interest).

The Wetzlar album contains pictures of the town of Wetzlar, and some street photos.

Does anyone know the month of that calendar date of the 19th in that famous photo of Mr Barnack at his work table?


My guess is March 19th 1934.
