1939 De Soto (and Using Two Cameras Side-By-Side)

Showing some photos of a 1939 De Soto Series S-6 Custom De Luxe on it's way to restoration (yes, still a bit of work...).😉

All this taken with the M9+35 Nokton 1.2 and OM-D+14mm Panny combo. At first, I thought it might be difficult to have these two in action side-by-side. I came from an M9+X1 combo, and, although the layout was practically the same, the slight differences in operation (X1 select-then-set vs. M9 hold-then-select) made for some "oops forgot to do that" moments. Somehow, the big differences in operation between the M9 and OM-D seems to be more efficient, ironically. I didn't make a single mistake in setting anything while switching between the two.

Does that make sense? Sometimes, different is better than "almost the same'? Seems like it to me!
