In the middle of the focus knob, there is a little bar which you can turn
This effects the EV setting if you keep the shutter / aperture linked to it. I find it annoying (especially since max ASA is 200), so I've disengaged it
Rolleix 3.5....looks identical to the one shown, on the focus knob in the middle of it there is an asa setting window, if I turn the little "switch" it only turns the film type ex: pan, ortho or color....the asa number does not change...I'm annoyed!!!
My circa 1955 2.8C has the same or similar reminder disc. Turning the centre lever anti clockwise changes the reminder window between tungsten; daylight; ortho; and pan. Rotating it clockwise moves the speed window through the ASA numbers.
Have you tried rotating it both ways? Occasionally they do get stuck/broken. Could be a possibility.
Regards,
Brett
