1958 Kiev 4

I went to a lot of trouble buying a broken 1958 Kiev 4 from USA to UK .
Another instance of dee's turbance ?

it cost $15 +shipping [ a lot more ! ]

Maybe , but it lacks the ribs around the meter casing , it's just plain
and clean looking . I suspect that they had problems with the metal denting , so changed the pressing . I like it .

Does anyone know of this difference ?

I know nothing of thism particular change, but a 1958 Kiev 4 is a very early one.
