If you go back through this guys feedback about 20 pages, you will find even more neutral feedback which does not lower his percentage. Remember that people are reluctant to give bad feedback, so as I look at it, he would be closer to 90% positive feedback with the neutrals I saw.
Looking at the neutrals and negatives, this seller does not perform well on fulfilling the deal and is a very poor communicator on top of that, blowing off the bad deals on ignoring them.

I paid about the same for an M3 in similar condition I got on eBay (different seller), but the CLA cost was more when I received the camera b/c it had sat around for so long without being used.
