I spent 2 hours walking through Chinatown in San Francisco last Sunday. Wish I'd have had more time!

Really nice first picture! Is that all in 2 hours? I also like the look of the film-developer combo. I did not like it as much when I tried it at ISO 400.
 
I think the combo of HP5 @ 800 and DD-X is great. The increase in grain from 400 to 800 ISO is so minimal that you can't really see it, but the extra f-stop helps a lot. I started out with FP4 but had too many situations where I was running out of sensitivity and couldn't make the pictures, so all I am using now is HP5 @ 800 ISO. Grain is a crucial part of the b&w film appeal anyway ;-)
