http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8655/sort/1/cat/last7/page/2
Mullen found this, luckily for us all who can enjoy it now in the gallery
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8441/sort/1/cat/last7/page/2
Ok, I admit, I have a head, and I like gear, and that makes me a gearhead
But who could resist this one from Gipsy ?
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8636/sort/1/cat/last7/page/3
Or this master version of our lovely Cam + Coffee thread from Kris ?
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8605/sort/1/cat/last7/page/4
Some objects can even represent a way of life, like these ones from John Robertson
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8586/sort/1/cat/last7/page/5
I love how the two figures seem to be inmersed into the crowd of objects on this one from Kjoebek
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8577/sort/1/cat/last7/page/5
And time what is time, always pushing us... from Kafrf
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8580/sort/1/cat/last7/page/5
The travelling Canonet keeps giving us some great surprises ! Remy's
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8540/sort/1/cat/last7/page/6
Solemnity and maybe even some humour on this after the funeral from StuartR
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8488/sort/1/cat/last7/page/7
And last but not least, great slice of life from HBC
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8519/sort/1/cat/last7/page/7

Ignore It (It'll go away)
Always willing to point out what caught my eye, I offer these ten:
Dennis' "As Seen on the Street"
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8411/sort/2/cat/fav/page/1
CraigK's punchy "Fire Escape"
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8431/sort/2/size/medium/cat/fav/page/1
Another vote for Mullen's great find, "I Find"
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8441/sort/2/size/medium/cat/fav/page/1
To our esteemed host for this week, Taffer, I found the last shot on the roll to be very cool, conceptual, and artsy (that's a good thing). "Numbers...and Me"
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8450/sort/2/cat/fav/page/1
...and it may not be the love tunnel, but it is a finely exposed and composed "Not the Tunnel of Love"
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8459/sort/2/cat/fav/page/1
High drama from ddimaria, "Wheel"
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8458/sort/2/cat/fav/page/1
Here's why you shouldn't be afraid of grain, it can be your friend, Krimple's glass:
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8518/sort/2/cat/fav/page/1
Lambroving's beautiful still life, "Early Morning Light"
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8522/sort/2/cat/fav/page/1
Todd's "Trespass" made an impact (pun intended)
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php/photo/8524/sort/2/size/medium/cat/fav/page/1
and finally, supermarcel23's "Smiles from Britany" is a hoot. Something strangely and uniquely human is going on here that strikes a chord. The guy on the right with the black hat, looking down his nose is the perfect foil to the smiling ladies.

Thanks so much for starting this and keeping the tradition alive. Another week for me where other things intervened most inconveniently (just got my severance notice from my place of work -- corporate takeover ...)
I'd say whoever can launch this first, just go right ahead. I'm delighted to see it and to use it to help me catch up on some of the great images in the gallery.

Very sorry to read of your severance, Gene. I know I speak for the group in saying our thoughts and prayers will be with you.GeneW said:Thanks so much for starting this and keeping the tradition alive. Thanks, but it's with more relief than sadness. I've been waiting for this to happen for over year -- they kept our team on for way too long. Now I can get on with whatever's next and although I'm sure it will be challenging, it'll be a fresh start!Honu-Hugger said:Very sorry to read of your severance, Gene. Seriously, although it's a major event and the future is unknown, I'm happy to be out of a difficult, drawn-out situation and I'm looking forward to whatever's next!

I just went through the same scenario and I felt the same way. In my situation, it was a relief. The world is once again your oyster, Gene.
